Welcome to the Starks Law Firm. My name is William Starks. I founded the Starks Law Firm in 2013,and have been providing quality legal services in the North Mississippi area ever since. -Graduated from Mississippi State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
-Graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000 with honors
-Admitted to all federal and state courts in the State of Mississippi
-Treasurer for the Lowndes County Bar Association
-Member of Mississippi Bar Association
-Have practiced law since September 2000
